Carbon neutral and beyond

Since  2023, all of our business operations are carbon neutral. We have sequestered 83 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere in 2023 and a further 63 tonnes in 2024– offsetting our office and operational carbon footprint for 2023 and 2024 – including carbon produced from employees travelling to and from work. We do through through both Organic Carbon and Gold Standard’s offsetting schemes.

Our employees are key in identifying and delivering a more sustainable workplace, and over the last three years we have trained many of our team in Carbon Literacy and Carbon Reduction.

To achieve our next goal of becoming carbon negative, we plan to implement further carbon reducing and offsetting incentives for all of our people, travel, office and home working environments over the next two years.

Supporting the community

As a business we are proud to support our chosen charity for 2024, Footprints, in their efforts to provide support and services to children living with mobility and communication difficulties.

We ensure our people policies and procedures support our aim of a diverse and inclusive workplace, and our benefits are tailored to supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees.
