This video takes you through updating a user’s record and how you can easily amend, update, or apply information. 

 

Example Configurations

Alberta has worked for Ulrich Enterprises for the last 3 years in the Customer Support Team and has recently been promoted to the Customer Support Team Manager. Alberta already has a user account set up on edays. In this instance, Ulrich Enterprises need to increase her permissions on the system to make her the authoriser for the rest of the Customer Support Team. They will also need to amend permissions as the management team can accrue overtime and their annual leave entitlements include accrual for long service leave award. Due to how they have set up their system, Ulrich Enterprises will amend Alberta’s settings by applying her to a management template which has these settings already applied. They could change her at individual user level, but if they make changes to the template settings in future, Alberta’s settings will not automatically inherit those changes.
