TESTIMONIALS

Our customers love edays features

“edays workflow builder has been a great addition to a system that was already saving us time and simplifying our processes at Lloyd Ltd. The new feature automates many more of the processes we were doing manually such as reminding employees of their remaining entitlement and tracking sickness levels. Not only does it massively speed up these processes, it means that it frees up the time of our HR department to focus on other tasks.”

“We were using an online system, but it wasn’t easy and intuitive for our employees and managers because it wasn’t an absence management tool – it’s mainly known on the market as a ticketing tool. Some of our locations weren’t using it at all. That’s why it was a lengthy challenge when it came to data and reporting!”

“Our workload had practically grown overnight! We realised that we needed to be much smarter in the ways we worked, so as to manage the situation effectively. The edays system has made our department’s job much easier – as everything is done and recorded online we can access information at any time and download reports as needed.”
