Workflow Builder Terms

Here are the terms for our Workflow Builder Pro module

1 Definitions:

  • Workflow: An automated process within edays consisting of a trigger, conditions and actions.
  • Workflow Builder Pro: The upgraded version of the workflow builder with no restriction on the number of enabled workflows.

2. Upgrade to Workflow Builder Pro

2.1 Activation: Clients of edays who create more than five workflows will receive a prompt to upgrade to Workflow Builder Pro. By clicking “Upgrade now”, clients will unlock additional workflow capabilities. This process is restricted to admin users who have the “Licence ordering”  and “Workflow Builder” role permissions assigned.

3. Fees

3.1 Subscription Fee: The upgrade to Workflow Builder Pro is subject to an additional annual fee. The amount is calculated on a per-user licence per year basis and applies to all user licenses (rather than just workflow admins), which will be invoiced to the client’s account.

3.2 Additional Licenses: When Workflow Builder Pro is enabled, if clients add additional core licenses to their product, the additional workflow builder add-on per license fee will also apply to those new licenses.

3.3 Invoicing: Following the upgrade, edays will issue an invoice corresponding to the additional fee. This invoice will outline the fee structure and the payment terms as per edays’ standard billing procedures.

4. Cooling Off Period

4.1 Duration: Users have a cooling off period of 14 days from the date the invoice is issued during which they can cancel their upgrade without penalty.

4.2 Cancellation Process: Users wishing to cancel during the cooling off period must notify edays in writing via email to customersuccess@e-days.com. Upon receipt of cancellation, the upgrade will be revoked, and users will not be charged the additional fee.

4.3 Effect of Cancellation: If the user cancels during the cooling off period, access to the additional workflows unlocked by the upgrade will be disabled.

5. General Terms

5.1 Changes to Terms: edays reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be communicated to users via email or through the edays platform.

5.2 Renewal and Termination: The terms for renewal and termination are the same as those outlined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
