Terms and Conditions for Entering the edays Quiz Competition

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is edays, a provider of absence, leave, and time management solutions.
  2. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to participants aged 18 years or over.
    • Employees of edays and their immediate families, as well as anyone directly involved with the competition, are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entry Details
    • To enter, participants must complete the Festival of Work HR Quiz and submit their score via the competition platform before the closing date.
    • Only one entry per participant is allowed.
  4. Competition Period
    • The competition opens on 24/06/2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 1st July 2025.
    • Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  5. Prize
    • The prize is £100 in holiday vouchers, redeemable through the provider specified by edays.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  6. Winner Selection
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    • The draw will take place on Wednesday 2nd July 2025, and the winner will be notified via the email address provided during the quiz entry.
  7. Winner Notification
    • The winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize.
    • If no response is received within this timeframe, edays reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  8. Publicity
    • By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes. No additional compensation will be provided for this publicity.
  9. General
    • edays reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
    • Entries deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
    • edays is not responsible for technical issues or failures that may prevent entry submission.
  10. Data Protection
    • Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with edays’ Privacy Policy.
    • Data will only be used for administering the competition and notifying the winner unless explicit consent is given for additional use.
  11. Governing Law
    • This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
